Remote Client Operations Manager

We are currently looking for candidates for the Remote Operations Client Manager position to join our team.

The Remote Operations Client Manager will coordinate client projects, oversee daily operations, and work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient workflows, timely project completion, and client satisfaction.

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate client projects, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Manage client communication, onboarding, and payment processing.
  • Monitor project budgets, resources, and performance.
  • Resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.

Remote Project Manager

We are currently looking for 2 candidates for the Remote Remote Project Manager to join our team.

Your first task is to lead a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives. You will be working closely with upper management and project team members to establish project needs, deadlines and budgets.

Job Duties:

  • Receive and respond to inquiries regarding company loyalty programs.
  • Forecast, Order and maintain all equipment/material necessary for each project based on project schedule.
  • Track all project budgets and ensure that they are up to date and properly forecasted for upcoming months.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
